TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions govern the booking and participation in experiences offered by Stories of Sevilla.


Booking

All bookings must be made in advance through the website or authorized channels.

By making a booking, the user confirms that all provided information is accurate.


Payment

Payment may be required in full at the time of booking or as specified during the reservation process.


Cancellation policy

  • Cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the experience are non-refundable
  • No-shows are non-refundable

Changes and cancellations by the organizer

Stories of Sevilla reserves the right to:

  • Reschedule experiences
  • Modify details
  • Cancel activities due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, safety, operational reasons)

In such cases, an alternative date or refund will be offered.


Participant responsibilities

Participants agree to:

  • Arrive on time
  • Follow instructions provided during the experience
  • Behave respectfully

Failure to comply may result in exclusion without refund.


Health and safety

Participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit to participate in the experience.


Liability

Stories of Sevilla is not responsible for:

  • Personal belongings
  • Injuries resulting from misuse or failure to follow instructions

Location

The exact location of the experience will be provided after booking.


Acceptance of terms

By booking an experience, the user agrees to these Terms & Conditions.


Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seville, Spain.
